Terms and Conditions not displaying in CSAM

I am a delegated administrator for my company in the Smartnet Total Care Portal however I am unable to proceed in using CSAM because the legal is not showing for me to accept.

We have seen this issue once before.  We have contacted IT to investigate and resolve the data problem for you.  Will contact you when that is complete.
