DNA Appliance hardware fails in SDA

We are using DNA Center to deploy SD-Access.

I have a question as follows,

The DNA center had hardware failure  and We didn't  back up the  DNA Center config file.(only have one DNAC)

What is the procedure to next when DNA Center RMA back?

TAC case Engineer may assists you in login command level and get any chance to recover config and load on the RMA new kit.
