CBS350-8XT too noisy

I own a CBS350-8XT that is far too noisy. I even purchased a sound meter to obtain a measure and it goes up to 70db where the maximum indicated in the user manual is 41.3db. I would like to open a ticket or something for cisco to fix my unit. How shall I proceed?
