Fan noise of 350x-24

Dear all,

I just received a 350x-24. The fan is quite loud, but that isn't a problem as no one sits beside the rack.

I just wondered if a noise of 49.2dB average is normal or if it is a indiaction for a hardware or config problem?

The noise level was just measured with a iPhone not some professional noise meter.

Look at the product specification and noise level - if they make more than mentioned and not acceptable worth raise a ticket with TAC.

I've actually measured the noise and it is 70db ¿hoy can I open a ticket? Can't find the right option!
