How do generate RUM reports in a stacking environment?

Hi all,

I tried using this command "license smart save usage all file rum.txt" in a stacking envrionment but it didn't work when I uploaded the rum.txt to CSSM.

Is there anything missing?

Hello,

I seem to remember that you have to turn off smart transport first:

Device(config)# license smart transport off

What are you saving the file to ? You could try and save it to bootflash, then copy it to tftp location, and upload it to CSSM from there:

Device# license smart save usage all bootflash:rum.txt
Device# copy bootflash:rum.txt tftp://x.x.x.x/rum.txt
