I'm pretty new to this System Call Handlers and would need some help on something. I have a brand new System Call Handler (4650) and I recorded the Standard Greeting message. After the greeting message my Call action is setup at Take Message. So it does basically what it's suppose to do after I hear my greeting it goes and take a message. But my question is how do I pick up the message ? I tried dialing 7500 then my extension and password and then entering 4650 but all I can do there is record new greetings. What am I missing here?
By default messages go to the Undeliverable Messages distribution list, go to the CH, Edit -> Message settings and adjust the message recipient as you need it.
