As far as I know CUCM is not supported with an AMD processor, only Intel.

Know for a fact it's not TAC supported, if this is going into production; I wouldn't work around it.

No, It's not going into Production, Just for personal use, so TAC isn't an issue. Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry this is so late. Since the system is not going into production, yes, there is a workaround. Firstly, install the CUCM to an intel based system. I have a Sunfire AMD Opteron based server. I created the vm on a Mac Pro running VMware fusion, then moved it over to the ESX box. Since the Mac Pro has intel hardware it installed with no issues.
As far as getting the IP Media Voice Streaming service to start, there are ways, best to just google them. Bottom line, yes it IS possible, but completely unsupported. I have a similar system fully functional on an Opteron based VM in ESX 4.1.
