We have begun rolling out on premise Jabber with Voice capabilities to users and start wondering what other administrators do for 911 calls.
We looked at options such as RedSky and West.
From what I gather, these companies reroute all 911 calls to their call centres before going to the PSAP.
Are there any options for keeping everything on prem? we have CER deployed as well.
How are you managing Jabber 911 calls currently?
