Jabber cant login over MRA : jabber cannot connect outside the corpora

Hi team, i have a customer that cant login with jabber via MRA , he got "jabber cannot connect outside the corporate" .

CUCM 12.5 , jabber 14 , expressways x12.6

I see this erros in jabber, csa and expressways:

Jabber Client:

jabber cannot connect outside the corporate network

FAILED_EDGE_CONNECTION

server cx.x.org failed, but is the last server on the list, so will not be added to the failed list

IN EXPRESSWAY C : TURN relays installed - TURN services are only available on Expressway-E; TURN option key ignored

IN CSA: Failed to retrieve the edge config from Expressway-E.
Response does not contain valid get edge config request. HTTP response: 502

In csa looks that certificates , zones in expressways, and dns looks fine but i cant figure outwhat is the soluiton. Can someone help me?

What's the login domain? Are the SRV / DNS records set correctly?
Has it ever worked before?

I think yes, dns and srvs are ok and yes it worked before, suddenly it stop working but i dont know why.

Have you tried to reboot the Expressways?

You could also check the Jabber requests with browser: starting at

Hi team, and @b.winter in particular, thaks, but we already solve the problem with most comum solution - leave and enter again , in this case : In both expressways - no MRA - reset both expressways : MRA
