Jabber for windows no softphone with MRA

Hi,

Jabber clients are not able to use softphone mode via MRA but can login ok.

CSF profile is all setup correctly, UC services/profile along with CCMCIP on CUPS server is setup.

I am getting an error of the expressway, image attached.

You may verify the same and check if it helps.
