From CUCM, how can I retrieve

1. all the UC phone connected to CUCM

2. all the Jabber user

I'm using CUCM 11.5 version

There are many ways to do that, depending on how you would like to view this info.

For the phones, on the CUCM admin GUI: Device -> Phone

or you can use the CUCM CLI and run: show risdb query phone

or use the RTMT tool

For Jabber users, you can export config and see which ones are assigned to Jabber devices, or use the Presence admin GUI: Diagnostics -> System Dashboard to see how is currently logged-in.

You can always export all configured phones and users using the Bulk Admin tool: Bulk Administration -> Phones or Users -> Export (for phones you can export all Details).
