Route Outside Calls to SIP Endpoint

Hello Experts,

We use CUCM 10.5 with H.323 gateways. I've create a SIP Trunk, SIP Profile, and SIP Security Profile according to the vendors specifications. But now, I need to route outside calls to a SIP endpoint (a server running the IVR application). I do not know how to do that and I'd like to request some guidance from anyone that is knowledgeable with SIPs.

following steps according to cucm v8. On your version it might be some differences.

1- add your IVR server as sip gateway inside cucm

      Device > trunk > add new

2- route calls to that sip gateway which you allready configured in step 1

     Call route > routehunt > route pattern > add new

      Don't forget to select your sip server from gateway selection bar
