tagging functionality for call records LOST after MediaSense upgrade to 10.5(1)_SU1

We have UCCX 10.5 with Finesse desktop and MediaSense 10.5(1). UCCX automatically tags all the call records with agent ID, Team name and CSQ name. We upgraded MediaSence to _SU1 and I enabled AgentInfo Gadget on Finess desktop layout. It seems to be working as we can see additional agent information in call logs (agent first name, last name etc.) . However we dont have tags on call recordings now! We tried to downgrade the MediaSense back and got tags back. Upgraded again and lost tags again. Do we need to do some additional steps to get automatic CCX tags back?

Cisco has informed us that apparently UCCX 10.5 is not supported with MediaSense 10.5(1)_SU1. They are not in "compatibility matrix"

is it the same information for UCCX 10.6? I've just installed on 10.6 with MS 10.5.1SU1 and the tags aren't working as well.

The automatic login works which is a cool feature, but without tagging...

Unfortunately,  Cisco mentioned that it is still not compatible with 10.6 version of UCCX.

We really liked MediaSense "play in browser" (jQuery player) feature, but had to roll back because of the tags missing.
