c240m4s server is not loading/booting from ISO image

Hi,

We have cisco c240m4s server running with 4.0(1c) FW and it’s installed with esxi 6.5 where in I mounted FW ISO image of 4.0(2c)and tried to boot from ISO to upgrade FW,but server is nor booting from ISO image ,it’s giving an error that

Loading initrd0..img…… EDD: Error 2000 reading sector 327777

EDD: Error 2000 reading sector 34

Please some can help me how to fix as it’s was working fine earlier when we booted from ISO Image. I tried multiple version of ISO image, no of ISO is loading or booting from server

Please attempt both Java and HTML5 version of the KVM to see if this occurs.

If you haven't, please reset/restart the CIMC before re-attempting the HUU boot.

Thanks Kirk  ,by using different browser ,now we are able to load ISO from server. Seems either browser or java version issue
