I would like to know if I can install Suse directlly on a Cisco UCS 220 M?

Greetings.

As long as you are running the required firmware level (HUU) you should be able to run supported versions for SUSE.  Please see http://www.cisco.com/web/techdoc/ucs/interoperability/matrix/matrix.html the HCL, to confirm the supported versions (11, 12).  You will also want to check the driver versions required for items like the NICs, CNAs, raid controllers, etc.
