As a work around and until Cisco resolves this, Jabber 14.1.1 for Macs works with Jabra headset Engage 75 and the headset can answer the call.

14.3.1 did not fix it for our Mac users. I downgraded back down to 14.1.1 and the headset can answer with that version.

This (headset button not working) is a problem on Macs running Jabber 14.3 too. There are no dlls on a Mac to try the work around either.

That is a good reply, but I was hoping to hear from anyone using, or tried to use, these models with CUCM 12.5 or 14. Hearing from someone's experience that tried these models would be helpful.
