Allow the cx cloud agent to respond to ping. Just basic reachability troubleshooting seems like a basic feature.
It's great that the portal lists the working hours of the assigned engineer on your TAC case. However, it would be more helpful, if the times could be translated into customer's local time instead of the engineer's local time.
Integration connection of Catalyst Center appliance directly to CXCloud without the need for the additional agent.
