How Do I Gain Access to CISCO 8851 Phone Advanced Settings

We bought 5 CISCO 8851 VOIP Phones to use at our church. I am familiar with VOIP phone, but somehow cannot gain access to the Advanced Settings Tab.Help...I need to get these manually provisioned to RingCentral's Network. Thanks Mike
