I'm able to manually download the S643 signature update, but the MARS (v6.1.4) won't download it automatically using the same credentials. Anyone else having this trouble?

Be sure your AD account password is not too complex. In 5.3.0.40.9 (at least) a password may pass the "test" and then fail to "Save". There are special characters (suspecting ! at this point) that cause failure.
