In my case it is a Cisco 7940 model. Directory is not available when tried from phone. Only a single user facing issue. Don't think we need to check in Enterprise Parameter. Any help is really appreciated. Thanks!! Biyas

In Rtmt, Route list exhausted - Alert detail we can see Reason=57. Is that the same as Cause code we see in CDR? Biyas
