I have a customer running CME 3.3 and they want to know if it's possible to create different softkey templates and custom ring tones. Has anyone had any experience with this?

Is this possible? Running IPMA in proxy mode on CCM 4.0(2a.) The manager wants his manager DN on an IP phone and also as a softphone on his laptop.

jclarke,We're trying to do the same thing except with a 6509-E running 12.2(33)SXH4. Is there an IOS for the 6509-E that will allow us to SSH through a VRF?Thanks,Jesse

Thanks again, Nancy! That did it. Fortunately, we already had a TAC case open. It just took forever to get an engineer on the phone.
