Hi, Issue was resolved yesterday, These users were stuck in migration from Lync to Jabber. Ran a script to move the users to Jabber . All good now. Thanks Gurpreet

This is how it is, Point to Point should not be an issue. If you need to have multi-point conferences, you need a MCU.

Was this issue resolved. Do you see upgrading firmware or any screen showing firmware related info.?
