Adding users to existing systems - should use the top level L-CUCM-USR-LIC-ADD. This will align with service and support attachment - which is user based. This top level is for versions 8.5/8.6 - however nodes and users are not versioned.
Hi,You do not have to reinstate UCSS as your UCSS /ESW has not expired. You simply have to renew the ESW. This would be attach to your software product ids (such as a LIC-CUCM-USR).Pat
