CUCM Publisher

While on vacation i had a coworker move my CUCM server from a physical server to a Virtual Server. He added the hard drives to a virtual server (so the data is gone). i have rebuilt the CUCM Publisher but i do not have a backup. What i need to know is if there is a way to migrate the configuration data from the CUCM subscribers back to the CUCM Publisher. I am running CUCM 8.6.2. Any help is appreciated.

thanks

Dennis,

I had a similar situation at work today with a customer. I think the following document will work for you:

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/unified-communications/unified-communications-manager-callmanager/116946-technote-product-00.html

Make sure you follow it to the letter as the success of the procedure depends on that.

Hope this information helps,

Hi Dennis,

If you have no backup point it is difficult to do anything. At least one backup or extraction settings via csv file would help you.
