[SOLVED] restart WSA at periodic interval

according to this article

to configure Cisco WSA to restart at periodic intervals using the CLI command: advancedproxyconfig > MISCELLANEOUS > Would you like to schedule a proxy restart? Y

Enter the restart time in MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM:SS format.

but this configures one time restart only. The format doesn't accept asterisks or time only, the full date+time format is required.

 

How to configure a daily or weekly restart?

I got a reply from TAC:

 

From advancedproxyconfig > MISCELLANEOUS >

Would you like to schedule a proxy restart?

[N]> y

 

Enter the restart time in MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM:SS format.

[]> 11/10/2021 01:00:00

 

Would you like to set recurring proxy restarts?

[N]> y

 

Set the frequency of recurrence in hours or days. Enter numbers suffixed with h or d to signify hours or days. For example, enter 3h for the proxy restart to recur every 3 hours.

[]> 3 days

 

Cleanup Stale/leak connections?

[Y]>

 

Maximum idle time to detect the connection leak.

[24]>

 

Then commit the changes,

have you committed the changes after you modified them, I know the but you mentioned, why not Upgrade?

 

still an issue, i do the script out of the box to looking to WSA and restart.
