Acer Classroom Manager cannot detect client when connected Cisco AP with WLC

Hi Everyone,

Greetings.

Is there somebody who can help me with my issue regarding ACER Classroom Manager (ACM) Application?

When ACM Tutor and client connected to AP which is managed by the WLC, ACM Tutor cannot detect client (student). But when ACM Tutor and client connected to standalone AP or wired, ACM Tutor can detect client (student). Is there any special configuration that I need to on the WLC?

I have have never used ACM, but the behavior reminds me of Bonjour.

check what protocols are used

Check if peer to peer is blocking is enabled on WLAN
