Cisco ISE and vWLC Integration

Hi ... We have Cisco virtual wireless Lan controller in our company and it works well. I want to deploy Cisco ISE and configure wireless authentication, BYOD and Posture. I have question about integration of these VMs. Is it works well without problem?

I read cisco ISE have problem to Integration with vWLC so because of that i decide to ask this question. Thanks

Yes, it works. However, it is more challenging not because of the vWLC but because it is typically a FlexConnect local switching and not a centralized switching implementation. More has to be thought of, for example, implementation of the redirection ACLs, filter ACLs, and so on.

Yes, exactly because of that. Our WLC works in flex connect mode. So i fear about that after deploying Cisco ISE and buying license , we can't use that.

You can try the evaluation version of the ISE and see for 90 days if everything works as expected.
