Maybe because the wireless clients did not get a valid IP address?

Hi,

Are the devices getting an ip address?

Is the devices vlan configured correctly for routing to the Internet?

Thanks

John

 - Also depends on how the internet access infrastructure is 'connected' to the wireless controller ,

- Was it working before?
- When did it stop working?
- What changed?
- What debugging and troubleshooting have you done?

You controller software version is very old.  Refer to the TAC recommended link below - currently 3504 should be running 8.10.190.0

Dear ShivajiPulate,
Please check IP address mask gateway and DNS in client device and also check routing if you find IP address correct. There are many reasons and you have to troubleshoot it. Check weather the VLAN gateway is reachable after that check your routing.

GoodLuck..
