Hi

I have a customer that's is trialling this client with a view to rolling out 200 console clients.

They've come across the following issues that I'm hoping someone can help with:

- DND when turned on displays correctly on the IP phone, but does not log you out of a hunt group and does not change your status in Jabber - is there a way to fix this?

- Only 1 number for a user is shown in the directory - there is no ability to dial other numbers that may be recorded against the user in LDAP/CUCM. Can additional numbers be dialled somehow?

- Users custom console layout is lost when the user logs out and then logs back in - is there a way to save a custom layout?

- There doesn't appear to be any way to dial a user from the 'view contact details' screen. Is there a way to enable this?

Logging in and out of Hunt Groups from the console will be a feature of the upcoming version 10.5. Currently, the soft key on the phone can be utilized to log in and out of Hunt Groups. When the Jabber status doesn't change, are they referring to presence within the console?

Cisco UAC Standard does not currently have the ability to dial alternate contact numbers from the synced directory. You can however, create customized speed dial tabs with an alternate number associated with contacts.

Saving the custom layout of each operators console will be a feature of version 10.5

There is not currently a way to enable dialing from the "view contact details" screen.
