How to use a nonreturnable handoff

I'm trying to use a nonreturnable handoff, but after doing the handoff is not releasing the VXML License until the session timedout. I tried to capture the event disconnect.com.cisco.handoff to tell the VXML Server to Hangup and release the VXML port license without success.

The VoiceXML event thrown on non-returnable handoff is connection.disconnect.com.cisco.callhandoff.
