The requirement is to exit the digits form or any other input form on the FIRST noinput/nomatch itself.
Currently when we set the Digits MaxNoinput Count / Digits MaxNomatch Count to ZERO, It gives infinite chances to the caller.
is there a way in call studio to make the digits or any other input form come out of max_nomatch/max_noinput legs on the first nomatch/noinput?
For Exaample: If the caller fails with noinput while entering account number , we intend to send the caller to customer service representative rather than providing him one more chance. In other words the caller should be tranferred to CSR on the initial failure itself (No input prompt should not be played to the caller.) How can we achieve this functionality using Digits FORM or any other input form in Cisco Call Studio?

Set the MaxNoInput and MaxNoMatch to 1, and you will exit out the max_nomatch or max_noinput leg on the first nomatch/noinput.

When I set it to 1 it always plays the noinput/nomatch prompt and waits for
input. It exits with max_noinput or max_nomatch on the next
noinput/nomatch. So overall the callers gets two chances when we set the
value to 1. Could you please check and let me know?

Try removing the "noinput" and "nomatch" Audio from your Digits element.

Set the max no match/no input to one for any menu, form or any type of input form in vxml.
