Finesse SSO support

Hi All,

Please let me know when will Finesse officially support Single Sign On.  I need to integrated with Cisco IT's ping federate so that agents can login to Finesse using CEC accounts.

finesse doesn't currently support SSO but this is a top priority feature for our release after the 11.0 release.

SSO support will be provided in version 11.5. This was announced in CiscoLIVE 2016 (Berlin) on 2016-02-15.

Unfortunately, I forgot to ask when 11.5 is planned to be released.

Finesse 11.5 is planned to be released mid calendar year 2016. SSO will be supported for agent and supervisor only.
