Data size/length limit in CallVariables(1-10)

Hello

I am using finesse versions 9.x, 10.01 and 10.5 for development purposes. I need to send some data from a CRM to the Finesse Agent desktop using callVariables(1-10) . I need to know that what is the maximum size/length of data/information that can be stored in a CallVariable of the above mentioned versions of finesse.

Yes, that is how much data you can have, 50 characters for each of the CallVariables.

The limit for peripheral variables 1-10 is 40 characters. Refer to the document for the GED-145 protocol for details.
