Notification: Sandbox + Firefox Browser showing intermittent navigation issues

Hi Sandbox Users,

This past weekend we upgraded our Sandbox portal software.  All went smoothly and with this new software release we've enabled a number of new features.

One issue we noted in our QA testing is that there are intermittent navigation issues when using Firefox.  No other browsers are affected.

This issue is being worked with a very high priority and we anticipate that we'll have a fix very soon.

So if you are experiencing any portal navigation issues AND you are using Firefox, we advise switching to a different browser in the short term until we get the issue resolved.

Are there any settings that are needed to connect Firefox to the sandbox equipment?

Mine constantly times out and never connects.

I've tried twice on two different computers.

I can't get Chrome to connect at all.

I can't get IE11 to connect.

IE11 times out as well or goes into a constant "setting up TLS connection" and then times out.

Firefox just times out.

I can get AnyConnect to connect but the browser never does.

I finally give up after 3 hours!!
