Hello,

This WebEx site has a 2 host limit, which are taken by different accounts. The user in your security context has no permission to schedule a session, and the error is thrown due to no meeting type privileges for that user. Your WebEx account manager can help you add additional host licenses if needed, or demonstrate disabling hosting privilege for existing users so other users can schedule.

Hi,

I think your webexID may have no the  privileges to create training session. You can login your website to check, that is

http://[site].webex.com(or +suffix),then see information in the site manager.
