Broadcast message via UC Phones

Is possible to send a broadcast message with ringtone to all office phones using one icon from a CEO phone?

Based on the simple description, this is one of the most common types of applications given as an example for the IP Phone Services interface - so certainly possible to develop an application to do this, though some things get tricky when you get into large numbers of phones, multi-cast, etc.

The Informacast/Singlewire 'Basic Paging' product is actually included with CUCM.

The 'push2phone' and 'intercom' sample apps may give some ideas on the very basic mechanics to start with re pushing messages to multiple phones, and using the IPPS media streaming commands...
