Here we try to build a system, developing jabber guest (android/ios) used by customer, jabber client (WEB) used by agent.
when customer using jabber guest make a video call with agent using jabber client.
How to pass a variable, such as customer ID, from jabber guest to jabber client.
with this variable information, agent can have the service directly without asking question of the customer.
It would be much helpful if there's any idea about how to fulfill above requirement. very thanks
