CServiceBroker::ProcessRequest error for agent desktop

Hi,

We have build agent desktop based on CTIOS APIs. For most users it is working as expected.

But some users are getting following error while logging-in:

CServiceBroker::ProcessRequest: Can't process request eSetSessionModeRequest. Object was not found; Unable to create object.

What is causing this error? What logs or what scenarios should i check?

Any help would be of high importance.

Do you have logs from your Custom application that has CIL traces? Kindly attach the logs here.
