ptim.exe WebEx Productivity Tools CPU utilization (2)

Ptim.exe constantly uses ~3-6% CPU on my system. I'm running the latest version (31.1.0.56) on Windows 7.

This thread:

WebEx Productivity Tools CPU utilization

Suggests the problem was fixed, but it doesn't appear to be.

This is not a critical problem but considering the amount of people running these tools the extra CO2 created globally by this "idle" application must be staggering.

Peter.

He are seeing this issue and we are running 31.3. Has anyone found a solution to this issue?

We are also seeing other PC's with a ptService Module issue. Anyone know what might be causing that service to stop?

This issue has been fixed in T31.6 PT release, but I'm afraid it will take a while to the site you are using.
