Socialminer DNS requirement

Hi Team,

i am in process of deploying email (office 365) and chat feature in uccx 11.5. My SM server will be placed in DMZ. My question is do i need to make IP entry of SM server in external DNS or in internal DNS or both?

SocialMiner is addressed using FQDN. So you will need to add it to both internal and external DNS. External DNS required for the chat feature where chat originates in the internet. For O365 you do not need to since it is SocialMiner which fetches the emails.
