DX80 does not receive calls (DX80->CUCM-SIPTRK-Exp C-FW-Exp E-FW-WAN)

Hi team

We have a environment with Expressway C and E with MRA and B2B. Now I have registered the DX80 in CUCM. I get call to external address video conference but I cannot receive. 

Does anybody knows if I forgot something?

I'd suggest you go back through the deployment guide and check that you haven't missed any of the configuration steps.

When you say that you can't receive a call - what happens when the call comes in?  Can you see it hitting any of your infrastructure, and if so, what can you see in the logs?  If it's not even hitt your equipment, perhaps you have missed or misconfigured something in the DNS SRV records.
