Cisco Unified Intelligence Center V11.5

Hi guys,

We would like to know, if the CUIC has a report that shows the total maximum calls simultaneously during a day. For exemple. The call center (UCCE or UCCX) received 1000 call in a day, at 09h am, arrived 300 simultaneously, the others 800 arrived durring the day in minor parcel.
