Have heard a rumor that Cisco will start to enforce limits for Cisco CTI Server All_Events connections in UCCE/ICM 11.6. Based on the SRND for UCCE/ICM 11.6 a Medium PG is limited to 7 All_Event connections and a Large PG is limited to 20 All_Events connections. In the past Cisco made a registry key available to increase these limits. I have reviewed the release notes and other related content for UCCE/ICM 11.6 and I'm not seeing a hard limit enforced but wanted to confirm. If a partner needed more then the limit and the customer is not reaching the maximum concurrent users supported by the PG is there a process for A2Q to allow more then the published connection limit? Apologies if this is not the correct forum for this question.

There is no hard limit enforced in product. A2Q team has to validate the partner deployment and provide the approval.
