Could anyone throw the light to Cisco licensing. We bought 2 LIC-CUCM-9X-BAS-A and then understood, that we need LIC-CUCM-9X-ENH-A (not BASIC lic). So is it possible to change Basic to Enh?

Yes either do RMA of the license and buy new ENH or there is also an upgrade SKU from basic to enhanced.

Srinivasan Kilambi, thank you.

Could you please help me with correct SCU "upgrade SKU from basic to enhanced"?

BTW, we have only 8 days before licensing crash. Is it possible to solve problem faster, then purchasing an upgrade of SKU?

Use R-UCL-UCM-MIG-K9 and inside that select MIG-9X-BASTOENH

kindly inform me if we want multi side means 3 sides option on sx 20 so we need which license LIC SX20-MS or L-SX20-MS (through L-SX-SERIES-PAK)
