Effective August 1, 2018, suppliers are required to start using the new, online SQA form within the SCQO platform on the Cisco Supply Chain connection page. All suppliers are required to register for SQA application access before November 22, 2018. Lack of compliance will delay any new supplier quality alert mitigation and potentially result in higher business impact.
