Dear Cisco Suppliers:

Take action! Register now and request access for Cisco’s Supplier Quality Alert platform.

Following up on our communication from June 25, 2018 to optimize the Supplier Quality Alert (SQA) process and improve speed of execution and effectiveness, the SQA process has been automated as a part of Supply Chain Quality Orchestration(SCQO).

The SCQO platform allows our suppliers to notify Cisco of a quality issue online; and to work collaboratively with Cisco and its partners in one system, proactively addressing quality issues before they leave the factory. This ensures that suspected defective parts are quarantined and not delivered to our customers.

Effective August 1, 2018, suppliers are required to start using the new, online SQA form within the SCQO platform on the Cisco Supply Chain connection pageAll suppliers are required to register for SQA application access before November 22, 2018. Lack of compliance will delay any new supplier quality alert mitigation and potentially result in higher business impact.

Immediate Actions:

·       Complete the onboarding steps for access to the SQA application. View

Global Access Request Tool FAQs to see common questions.

·       Once registered, review the training documents to create a SQA incident:
