Cisco Intersight

i keep getting this error when deploying domain profile to pair of FIsFc Storage Role configuration is allowed only in FC Switching mode. I checked my switchcontrol policy and it is in switching mode any idea?

Is a domain network group policy necessary for a domain profile on the FIs? I have vlan policy that has tons of vlans with allow on uplinks enabled and the domain ethernet network group policy seems to be causing issues
