Are you trying to do this from the Studio Menu or Form element?

Under the Settings tab, set the Max NoInput Count to the number of

no-inputs you'd like to allow.

Under the Audio tab, just right-click AudioGroups and right-click Add

Audio Groups >> Menu Capture >> Add Menu NoInput. Then expand NoInput1

audio group and specify what you'd like to say to the caller.

Cisco's Default NoInput timeout is 5s.
