In one of the threads I got to know that by using gadgets.io.makeRequest I should be able make a HTTP GET request to Finesse REST end point with out explicitly setting up a proxy, but I am not sure about which library or package that I should download to use gadgets.io.makeRequest. Could someone help me by pointing to the appropriate links? Thank you!
