Hi, where do I find the logfiles for the Finesse agent?
Ex. clientLogs.log("completed init");

The agent needs to click submit logs at the bottom right of the Finesse desktop.
The logs are then found in the clientlogs folder on the Finesse server.
To obtain logs see the Finesse Installation and Upgrade guide section on logs
