In the HDS database (Historical data store), How are the RouterCallKey and RouterCallKeyDay ( t_Termination_Call_Detail table)values generated ? are they unique for each "call and transfers of the same call" or are they different ?
the values are the same for the transfers. i confirmed it by querying the values.Now here is my next question, how do we group the call legs? i see one or more entries for Precisionqueueid - in between the legs which makes it confusing.
